Fiberglass roller blinds fabric is a four-ply fabric consisting of a piece of fiberglass base fabric laminated between three layers of the polyvinyl film (PVC). Fiberglass base fabric is a loosely woven material made out of fiberglass yarns. As the material is put through the laminator, it is also embossed. Embossing is the surface texture. Our fiberglass window curtain fabric usually has a semi-matte finish for smoothness and expensive texture looking. The material is rolled onto a cardboard core. Our standard core size is 3”. The polyvinyl chloride (PVC) films were complemented by polyurethane films and coatings. The width of roller blinds fabric is from 1.02 m up to 3.20m.
