UNITEC Textile offer a free sample service and we recommend customers use this before ordering to ensure the correct fabric/colour is chosen.

Made to measure products are custom made to your requirements/choice and under the distance selling regulations, we cannot accept any made to measure products back. Once made our products are suitable only to you and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Because of this, it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double-check your order to ensure the products ordered and window codes/measurements are correct. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 24hrs of receipt, please include your order number and photographic evidence of the fault/damage, this will enable us to deal quickly and efficiently with the problem.

2. Commitment that all the goods in stock must be dispatched within 2 months.
